4-year EduTrust Certification

The EduTrust certification is awarded to a select group of Private Education Institutions for sustaining and attaining excellence in their management practices, programmes and service standards. The process to obtain EduTrust is rigorous but voluntary, and we have participated in this assessment so you can be assured of getting a quality education in a premium institution committed to serving your needs. For our valued students, the EduTrust certification safeguards your education and development, ensuring that AIC is continuously working to improve our services to you. Importantly, EduTrust also carries out strict reviews to ensure that certified institutions are financially sound, and that there are procedures in place for recourse should they run into difficulties with the availability of fee protection policies and the effectiveness of feedback channels.

Services and Facilities

At AIC, students enjoy modern and well-equipped facilities. These include access to the College's library as well as the National Library that is located within five minutes walking distance.

The campus environment is designed with learners in mind and offers an ambience that is conducive to learning and interaction. Study corners at the library and a student rest area provide a relaxing environment for students to network and socialise.

Computers in the library, laptops for loan to students and wireless Internet connectivity throughout the campus, all combine to create a connected environment to support our students' learning needs.

Training Rooms

We have nine fully furnished and well-equipped training rooms with classroom-styled seating arrangements. The largest training room has a seating capacity of 40 students.

Wi-Fi Connection

Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus on all three levels, and students get to enjoy free Wi-Fi connection while on campus. In addition, devices such as laptops are available on loan for students to make the fullest use of the wireless connectivity.

Library

AIC's library has an extensive collection of books, journals and audio materials available for loan and reference. The library also has study corners, multimedia equipment, desktop computers and wireless Internet access to facilitate students' learning and research. Upon request, our students can also access library facilities at Singapore's National Institute of Education and Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Learners pursuing degree programmes can also obtain access to resources at the University of Wales' online libraries.

Career Services Centre

AIC provides a quality education to employment assistance for students. Students receive individual career advice, take part in employability workshops and career fairs organised by AIC. It is our goal to facilitate your successful transition from education to employment.

Networking & Wellness

The College boasts a variety of activities including festive celebrations, community service learning, industry exposure, centre visits to leading early childhood education brands, games and sports competitions, and Alumni-networking.

Accommodation Service

Our accommodation service provides assistance and advice to help you understand your accommodation options. On arrival, most students choose to stay in a student hostel while they consider their longterm requirements. The choice is always yours but a student hostel does provide a good level of accommodation at a reasonable cost, and gives you the time you need to make a well-informed decision on your long-term accommodation.

Airport Meet-and-Greet

Our meet-and-greet staff will meet you at the airport when you arrive. You will need to inform us via email at least one week prior to your arrival date.

Student Induction Programme

An induction programme for all new students takes place in the week prior to course commencement. The induction is designed to introduce students to the course (content, learning areas and study requirements), and the College facilities. It is also an opportunity for clarifications of any other administrative requirements and regulations. It will include a familiarisation of Singapore and the amenities around the College.

Student Counseling Services

The College aims to provide students with pastoral care and support to enable them to gain balance in their academic and personal wellbeing. The College has a dedicated Pastoral Care Team which is professionally qualified to provide intervention and support for social, academic, family and adaptability issues faced during the course of studies. The College also aims to create a culture and climate of care, trust, friendliness and sharing between the College’s employees and students.
