Our Student Services Office provides you with a single point of contact for all feedback relating to your learning journey with us. If you have any issues you wish to raise, or any suggestions about on how we can improve our services or programmes, please contact any of our Student Services Officers:

Customer Feedback

Registrar’s Office

The Registrar’s Office facilitates the smooth administration and application process for all students enrolled with our college, from registration through to graduation.

It is responsible for maintaining all student records (past and present) and enforcing and implementing administrative policies, as well as providing assistance in the development of, and modifications to, such policies and procedures.

The Registrar’s Office will take care of class schedules and timetables, attendance, logistics, course fee collections and any other administrative-related matters.

Academic Affairs Office

The Academic Affairs Office supports the maintenance and publication of curricula; examinations and assessment administration, issuance of official academic transcripts and degree certificates.  

It is also responsible for administering practicum attachments for students; disseminating general information, school postings and other practicum-related information.
